Trap Buffer Description

Failed to write log data into the file.(LogType=[LogType], ReasonDescription=[Reason])

Data fails to be written into a log file.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

Procedure

• Cause 1: Failed to write data into buffer.

  1. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

• Cause 2: The disk space is full.

  1. Check whether the disk space is full.

  • If yes, release some space.
  • If not, go to Step 2.

  2. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

• Cause 3: Failed to write data into the disk.

  1. Check whether the log storage directory is normal.

  • If yes, go to Step 2.
  • If not, replace the disk.

  2. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
