Cause 42: Local PSN fault was resumed.
Cause 59: MTU Matched.
Cause 62: VSI was resumed.
Cause 63: Set Admin VSI.
Cause 95: PW token exceed resume.
Cause 99: Related EVPN Inclusive Multicast route is invalid.
