Impact on the System

The interface is in loop state.

Cause 1: A loop was detected on the interface.

Cause 2: The interface enable the loop-detect function.

Cause3:The interface enable loop-detect only-alarm function.

1. Run the display loop-detect block all command to check whether loops occur on the interface and the Layer 2 network connected to the interface.

2. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical engineer support personnel.
