Procedure

1.Run the display loop-detect block all or display loopback-detect block all command to check whether loops occur on the interface and the Layer 2 network connected to the interface.

If so, go to Step 2.
If not, go to Step 3.

2.Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
