Impact on the System

This alarm triggers a primary/backup LSP switchover.

Possible Causes

1. The tunnels were configured incorrectly. Multiple tunnels had the same labels and IDs configured.

2. Physical links were incorrectly connected.

Procedure

1. Run the display current-configuration command to check whether the specified OAM detection periods are the same.

If so, go to Step 3.
If not, go to Step 2.

2. Re-set the OAM detection periods on both ends. Then check whether MPLS_LSPM_1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.121.2.1.35 hwMplsOamExcessRecovery is reported.

If so, go to Step 4.
If not, go to Step 3.

3. Collect the trap information, log information, and configuration information, and then Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel..
