The number of used MPLS resources reached the maximum number. (hwMplsResourceType=[ResourceType], hwMplsResourceTotalCount=[ResourceTotalCount])

The number of used MPLS resources reached the maximum number of MPLS resources supported by a device.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

Impact on the System

If new MPLS services are created after the number of existing MPLS resources of a specific type has reached the maximum number, services may be affected.

Possible Causes

The number of used MPLS resources reached the maximum number of MPLS resources supported by a device.

Procedure

1. Check the hwMplsResourceType field and obtain the MPLS resource type.

2. Delete configurations that use MPLS resources or configurations or messages that trigger MPLS resource consumption to reduce MPLS resource usage. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.
