Trap Buffer Description

An LSA is generated. (RouterId=[RouterId], LsdbAreaId=[LsdbAreaId], LsdbType=[LsdbType], LsdbLsid=[LsdbLsid], LsdbRouterId=[LsdbRouterId])

A new LSA is generated because the interface goes Up or Down, the OSPF neighbor status changes, or the device role changes .
