The neighbor exits from the restart helper state. Impact on the System

This alarm indicates whether the neighbor router is in the Helper state. If GR fails to be enabled in the neighbor router, normal route forwarding will be affected.

Possible Causes

During GR, the GR helper status of the router changed.

Procedure

1. Perform the following operations as required.

  • If the alarm was caused by manual master/slave switchover or the OSPF process restart by using GR, go to Step 3.
  • If the alarm was generated without any manual operation, go to Step 2.

2. Contact contact technical support personnel.

3. End.
