The number of existed routing entries exceeded the global upper threshold. (LimitType=[LimitType], AddressFamily=[AddressFamily], CurrentCount=[CurrentCount], LimitCount=[LimitCount], ThresholdCount=[ThresholdCount], ReasonType=[ReasonType])

The percentage ratio of created PIM entries on the device to the specified limit reached the alarm trigger threshold.

When the alarm is generated, new entries can still be created, but the specified limit may be reached.

Cause 1: Entry create
Cause 2: Configuration change

Procedure

Cause 1: Entry create
1. Run the display multicast global outgoing-interface pim sm statistics command to check whether the alarm trigger threshold or the number limit is low.
- If either the alarm trigger threshold or the number limit is low, go to Step 2.
- If the alarm trigger threshold and the number limit are not low, go to Step 3.
2. Run the multicast global limit command to modify the alarm trigger threshold or the number limit. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
- If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.
3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

4. End.
Cause 2: Configuration change
