Trap Buffer Description

Alarm table [AlarmId] monitors [OID] with the sample type [SampleType], and the sampled alarm value [SampleValue] is greater than or equal to [Threshold].

The sampled value is greater than or equal to rising-threshold.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
