ldp host

Function

The ldp host command enables LDP traffic statistics collection.

The undo ldp command disables LDP traffic statistics collection.

This function is disabled by default.

Format

ldp host [ ip-prefix ip-prefix ]

undo ldp

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
ip-prefix ip-prefix

Specifies the prefix of an IP address.

The value is a string of 1 to 169 case-sensitive characters. It cannot contain spaces. The string can contain spaces if it is enclosed with double quotation marks (").

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

LDP traffic statistics collection enables users to query and monitor LDP LSP traffic in real time.

To enable LDP traffic statistics collection, run the ldp host command.

Prerequisites

  • LDP has been enabled globally using the mpls ldp command.
  • If ip-prefix is to be used, an IP prefix list must have been created using the ip ip-prefix command.

Configuration Impact

Configuring LDP LSP traffic statistics collection affects LDP LSP convergence performance.
