mldp p2mp-lsp (MPLS-LDP-IPv4 view)

Function

The mldp p2mp-lsp command enables a leaf node to establish mLDP P2MP LSPs.

The undo mldp p2mp-lsp command enables a leaf node to tear down existing mLDP P2MP LSPs.

By default, a leaf node does not establish mLDP P2MP LSPs.

Format

mldp p2mp-lsp name p2mp-lsp-name root-ip root-ip-address lsp-id lsp-id

undo mldp p2mp-lsp name p2mp-lsp-name

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
root-ip root-ip-address	Specifies the IP address of the ingress.	The value is in dotted decimal notation.
lsp-id lsp-id	Specifies the LSP ID.	The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 8192.
name p2mp-lsp-name	Specifies the name of an mLDP P2MP LSP.	The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters. It cannot contain spaces. When double quotation marks are used around the string, spaces are allowed in the string.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To establish an mLDP P2MP LSP for an mLDP P2MP tunnel, run the mldp p2mp-lsp command on each leaf node to establish an LSP to the ingress.

Precautions

mLDP P2MP tunnels can only be established in DU mode.
