Function

The display ip routing-table verbose command displays detailed information about active and inactive routes.

Format

display ip routing-table [ table-name { localmt | mbgp | msr } ] [ time-range min-age max-age ] verbose

Parameters

Specifies a table of a producer.

mbgp

Displays information about the routing table of the multicast BGP routing table.

msr

Displays information about the routing table of the multicast static routing table.

time-range

Displays routes that are generated within a specified period.

min-age

Specifies the start generation time.

The value is a string of characters, in the format of XXdXXhXXmXXs.

max-age

Specifies the end generation time.

The value is a string of characters, in the format of XXdXXhXXmXXs.

verbose

Displays detailed information about active and inactive routes.

localmt

Displays information about the routing table of the local multi-topology routing table.

Example

The actual command output varies according to the device. The command output here is only an example.

# Display the summary of the current routing table. Route 1.1.1.1/32 is counted as two static routes because there are two next hops to the destination. Therefore, the number of routes in the routing table is 9.

Address and mask length of the destination network or host.

Protocol

Routing protocol.

Priority.

Route cost.

Flags

Route flags in the header of the routing table.

NextHop

Next hop.

Interface

Outbound interface through which the next hop is reachable.

State

Route selection result:

  • Active Primary: indicates an active primary route.
  • Active Backup: indicates an active backup route.
  • Inactive Valid: indicates a route that takes part in the route selection but is not preferred.
  • Inactive Invalid: indicates a route that cannot take part in the route selection.
IndirectID

Keyword of indirect next hop.

RelayNextHop

Iterated next hop address. If the corresponding static route reaches the next hop through a tunnel, this item is displayed as 0.0.0.0. This item is displayed only when the next hop of the route is configured but the outbound interface of the route is not configured.

TunnelID

ID of a tunnel.

Neighbour

Neighbour information.

Age

Time when the route is created.

Tag

Administrative tag of a route.

Label

Label.

Priority

Priority.

QoSInfo

QoS information.

Instance

Instance.

RouteColor

Route color.
