The efm error-frame-period threshold command sets a threshold for an interface to use EFM to periodically detect errored frames.
The undo efm error-frame-period threshold command restores the default threshold for an interface to use EFM to periodically detect errored frames.
The default threshold is 1.

Usage Scenario
After the efm error-frame-period notification enable command is run to enable an interface to notify its peer device of errored frames that EFM periodically detects, run the efm error-frame-period period command to set an interval for the interface to use EFM to periodically detect errored frames. In addition, a threshold can be configured using the efm error-frame-period threshold command. If the number of errored frames that EFM detects on the interface within the specified interval reaches the threshold, the interface generates an alarm and notifies its peer device of the event.
Prerequisites
EFM has been enabled on an interface using the efm enable command in the interface view.
