clear inactive-configuration

Function

The clear inactive-configuration command clears the inactive configurations.

Format

clear inactive-configuration { slot slot-id [ card card-number ] | all }

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
slot slot-id	Clears inactive configurations of a board that is not in position.	The value is a string of 1 to 19 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.
card card-number	Clears inactive configurations of a specified subcard.	The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.
all	Clears the inactive configurations of all boards or subcards that are not in position.	-

Usage Scenario

The clear inactive-configuration command clears the inactive configurations.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

Services are not interrupted during offline configuration deletion. If new boards or subcards are inserted after offline configurations are deleted, you need to add service configurations again.
