Usage Scenario
When users go offline or users need to delete entries in the dynamic binding table in batches, you can run this command to manually delete user information.
Precautions
Before running this command, check whether the dynamic binding entries of the users need to be deleted. If the users are forcibly deleted, the users corresponding to the IPv6 addresses in the binding table are disconnected.
