lacp portkey

Function

The lacp portkey command sets a portkey value for member interfaces of an Eth-Trunk interface in static LACP mode.

The undo lacp portkey command restores the function of automatically generating a portkey value for member interfaces of an Eth-Trunk interface in static LACP mode.

By default, the portkey value of member interfaces in an Eth-Trunk interface in static LACP mode is automatically generated by a device.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

When devices functioning as PEs are dual-homed to a non-Huawei device and the non-Huawei device does not support E-Trunks, you need to manually configure the same system ID, system priority, and portkey value for the two PEs to ensure that both PE links can be selected.

Precautions

After a portkey value is manually configured for an Eth-Trunk in static mode, the bandwidth change does not cause the portkey to change, and the portkey configuration causes LACP renegotiation.

Example

# Set the portkey value of Eth-Trunk 10 in static LACP mode to 123.
<HUAWEI> system-view
[~HUAWEI] interface eth-trunk 10
[*HUAWEI-Eth-Trunk10] mode lacp-static
[*HUAWEI-Eth-Trunk10] lacp portkey 123
