By default, the CUSP queue depth usage thresholds for decreasing and restoring the user access rate are 3 and 2, respectively.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Scenario
In CU separation scenarios where the default CUSP queue depth usage threshold does not match the system's processing capability, to modify the default thresholds for decreasing and restoring the user access rate, run the access-speed cu adjustment system-state threshold cusp-queue-deep command.
