Function

The access-user log with-user-name enable command enables the function of not anonymizing the username during log display.

The undo access-user log with-user-name enable command disables the function of not anonymizing the username during log display.

By default, the username is anonymized in logs.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

This commands controls whether to anonymize the username in logs.

  • Accounting failure logs (including accounting-start, real-time accounting, accounting-stop, and accounting copy failure) are recorded in the log.log file.

  • User login and logout logs sent to the log server.

Configuration Impact

When the access-user log with-user-name enable configuration is committed, the following warning message is displayed: After this command is run, the username in the log will not be hidden.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
