Function

The cfm mac-level check disable command disables the device from checking the LEVEL field in the EOAM multicast MAC address information.

The undo cfm mac-level check disable command enables the device to check the LEVEL field in the EOAM multicast MAC address information.

By default, the device is enabled to check the LEVEL field in the EOAM multicast MAC address information.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

By default, the device is enabled to check the LEVEL field in the EOAM multicast MAC address information. If a device for connecting to the device does not check the LEVEL field in the EOAM multicast MAC address information, the NetEngine 8000 F fails to connect to the device. To resolve this issue, run the cfm mac-level check disable command to disable the NetEngine 8000 F from checking the LEVEL field in the EOAM multicast MAC address information.
