The oam-bind ingress cfm md ma egress bfd-session command configures the Ethernet CFM module to send fault messages to the BFD module.
The undo oam-bind ingress cfm md ma egress bfd-session command disables the Ethernet CFM module from sending fault messages to the BFD module.
By default, the Ethernet CFM module is disabled from sending fault messages to the BFD module.

Usage Scenario
If CFM and BFD are configured on two sides of a device, the oam-bind cfm md ma bfd-session command can be used to associate the CFM module with the BFD module to enable bidirectional transmission of fault messages between the two modules.
