description(L2TP group view)

Function

The description command configures a description for an L2TP group.

The undo description command deletes the description of an L2TP group.

By default, no description is configured for an L2TP group.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Scenario

After running the l2tp-group command to create an L2TP group, you can run the description command to configure a description for the L2TP group to facilitate later query.

The display l2tp-group command displays the description of an L2TP group.

Configuration Impact

If the description command is run more than once, the latest configuration overrides the previous one.
