dhcp relay arp user-detect interval

Function

The dhcp relay arp user-detect interval command configures the ARP probe time for the DHCP relay user table.

The undo dhcp relay arp user-detect interval command restores the default configuration.

By default, the ARP probe time of the DHCP relay user table is 20 minutes.

Format

dhcp relay arp user-detect interval interval

undo dhcp relay arp user-detect interval [ interval ]

Parameter Description Value
interval

Specifies the ARP probe time of the DHCP relay user table.

The value is an integer ranging from 0 to 60, in minutes. The value 0 indicates ARP probing is disabled.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

In IP address unnumbering scenarios, if ARP probing is configured, static ARP cannot be bound to the involved user. Otherwise, ARP probing fails.
