LSP-Generation-IntelliTimer <s,ms,ms>	Delay in generating an LSP: L1: indicates the delay in generating an LSP on a level-1 device. L2: indicates the delay in generating an LSP on a level-2 device. Max: indicates the maximum delay in generating an LSP, in seconds. Init: indicates the initial delay in generating an LSP, in milliseconds. Incr: indicates the incremental delay in generating an LSP, in milliseconds.
