Function

The display e-trunk state-change member-interface command displays the last 10 state changes of an E-Trunk member interface.

Format

display e-trunk etrunk-id state-change member-interface { interface-name | interface-type interface-number }

Parameters

Specifies the name of an interface.

Specifies the number of an interface.

Specifies the ID of an E-Trunk.

The E-Trunk ID is an integer ranging from 1 to 512.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

After E-Trunk is configured, you can run the display e-trunk state-change command to check the state changes of an E-Trunk member interface.

Prerequisites

An Eth-Trunk interface working in Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) mode or manual load balancing mode has been added to the E-Trunk.

The actual command output varies according to the device. The command output here is only an example.

Item Description
Time

Time when the state of the E-Trunk's member Eth-Trunk interface changes.

SourceState

State of the E-Trunk's member Eth-Trunk interface before the state change.

DestState

State of the E-Trunk's member Eth-Trunk interface after the state change.

Reason

Reason for the state change of the E-Trunk's member Eth-Trunk interface.

  • FORCE_BACKUP: The E-Trunk's member Eth-Trunk interface is in forcible backup state.
  • FORCE_MASTER: The E-Trunk's member Eth-Trunk interface is in forcible master state.
  • ETRUNK_INIT: The E-Trunk is undergoing initialization.
  • ETRUNK_BACKUP: The E-Trunk is in backup state.
  • ETRUNK_MASTER: The E-Trunk is in master state.
  • PEER_MEMBER_DOWN: The peer member Eth-Trunk interface goes Down.
  • PEER_MEMBER_UP: The peer member Eth-Trunk interface goes Up.
  • Link_Down: The local member Eth-Trunk interface goes Down.
  • All_Active: The Ethernet VPN work in active-active mode.
