Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To view the information about the access users or locate the user access fault, you can run the display access-user command to view the information about all access users. You can also view information about access users on the device by specifying the domain name, interface name, user name, and so on.

In detailed information about access users, (Radius) is displayed for each attribute delivered by the RADIUS server.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

If the command output contains "Info: No online user!", the number of queried users based on the specified parameter is 0 or the device does not support query based on the specified parameter.

If the user is a dual-stack user and the accounting dual-stack identical command is run in the domain to which the user belongs, the IPv6 traffic is counted into the IPv4 traffic. In this case, the IPv6 traffic and real-time traffic rate of the user are both 0. Therefore, users are filtered based on the real-time IPv4 traffic rate in this case.

If the user is an IPv4 single-stack user, the IPv6 traffic and real-time traffic rate of the user are both 0. In this case, when the users whose real-time IPv6 traffic rate is greater than or equal to 0 or less than the specified value is filtered, statistics about the IPv4 user can be collected.

If the user is an IPv6 single-stack user, the IPv4 traffic and real-time traffic rate of the user are both 0. In this case, when the users whose real-time IPv4 traffic rate is greater than or equal to 0 or less than the specified value is filtered, statistics about the IPv6 user can be collected.

If statistics about the service traffic and user traffic are separately collected, the display access-user realtime-flow-rate command displays users based on user traffic, without considering the service traffic.

The display access-user light-traffic-user command displays information about users with abnormal traffic. In the physical RUI scenario, the traffic statistics reported by the backup device is always 0. Therefore, all users on the backup device are users with abnormal traffic. As such, you cannot run this command to query information about users based on actual user traffic.

Example

The actual command output varies according to the device. The command output here is only an example.
