Function

The display l2tp session rui command displays L2TP session backup statistics.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

display l2tp session rui [ [ tunnel-item tunnel-id ] session-item session-id | source-ip source-ip-address | destination-ip destination-ip-address | bas-interface { if-name | if-type if-number } | remote-backup-profile rbp-name | remote-backup-service rbs-name ]

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
tunnel-item tunnel-id

Specifies a local tunnel index.

The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 65535.

session-item

Displays L2TP session information with a specified session ID.

session-item session-id

Specifies the local ID of an L2TP session.

The value is an integer that ranges from 1 to 65535.

source-ip source-ip-address

Displays information about an L2TP tunnel session with a specified source IP address.

The value is in dotted decimal format.

destination-ip destination-ip-address

Displays information about an L2TP tunnel session with a specified destination IP address.

The value is in dotted decimal format.

bas-interface

Displays BAS interface information.

if-name

Displays information about a tunnel that is set up using information about a user accessing a specified interface.

The value is a string of 1 to 256 characters.

if-type

Specifies the type of an interface.

if-number

Specifies the number of an interface.

remote-backup-profile rbp-name

Displays the name of remote backup profile.

The value is a string of 1 to 128 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.

remote-backup-service rbs-name

Displays the name of remote backup service.

The value is a string of 1 to 32 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.

Usage Guidelines

The display l2tp session rui command displays L2TP session backup information including backup parameters in the L2TP dual-system hot backup scenario. Dual-system hot backup parameters of L2TP sessions that are not backed up will not be displayed.

Local session ID.

RSID

Remote session ID.

LTID

Local tunnel ID.

RTID

Remote tunnel ID.

RG

Flag indicating whether a tunnel is generated on the local or remote end, no RUI session show --.

state

Tunnel status, active or inactive, no RUI session show --.

Life

Tunnel lifetime, in seconds.

FWS

Whether packets are forwarded by a local interface or are backed up on the peer device and then forwarded.
