Function

The display nms-vpn-instance command displays the VPN instance for a specified IP address.

Format

display nms-vpn-instance ip-address ip-address

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

When the NMS fails to ping the IP address of a DHCP relay interface, run the display nms-vpn-instance command to check the VPN instance for the IP address to determine whether a VPN instance must be specified when DHCP client and server routes are isolated.

Item Description
IP Address

IP address for which the VPN instance is checked.

Interface

Interface to which the IP address is assigned.

VPN-Instance

Name of the VPN instance to which the interface belongs.

If the IP address configured on the interface is a public one, NULL is displayed.
