Function

The display efm session command displays EFM OAM session information on a specified interface or all interfaces.

Format

display efm session { all | interface { interface-name | interface-type interface-number } }

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

The display efm session command can be used to check whether an EFM session configured on a device is negotiated successfully.

The display efm session command output includes:

EFM OAM protocol state
Timeout period of the loopback test

Prerequisites

EFM OAM has been globally enabled using the efm enable command in the system view.

Interface	Name of the interface enabled with EFM OAM.
EFM State	EFM OAM protocol state of the interface: discovery: The interface is in the Discovery state. detect: The interface is in the Detect state. loopback(control): The interface initiates remote loopback and discards packets that are looped back. loopback(be controlled): The interface responds to remote loopback.
Loopback Timeout	Timeout period of the loopback test, in minutes.
