The excluded-ipv6-prefix command reserves the specified IPv6 prefix to prevent it from being allocated to users.
The undo excluded-ipv6-prefix command releases the reserved IPv6 prefix.
By default, no IPv6 prefix is reserved.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Scenario
To reserve some IPv6 prefixes for future use in network planning, run the excluded-ipv6-prefix command.
Prerequisites
The IPv6 prefix to be reserved must be within the allocatable range of the prefix pool.
Configuration Impact
If the command is run several times, all the reserved IPv6 prefixes cannot be allocated to users.
Precautions
In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
When no end IPv6 prefix is configured, only the start IPv6 prefix is reserved. A maximum of 1024 IPv6 prefix segments can be reserved in a prefix pool. The command is used to configure the delegation prefix pool.
