Function

The flow-statistic frequency value-added-service statistic-type car command configures a board to read EDSG service traffic statistics at a configured rate.

The undo flow-statistic frequency value-added-service command restores the default configuration.

By default, a board can read 52 EDSG CAR statistics at an interval of 200 ms.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Scenario

To improve the statistical precision of service traffic in scenarios where CAR is performed on upstream and downstream EDSG services, run the flow-statistic frequency value-added-service command to increase the statistical rate.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

Example

# Configure the board in slot 1 to read traffic statistics about 100 EDSG services every 200 ms in scenarios where CAR is performed on upstream and downstream EDSG services.
