ping mac enable

Function

The ping mac enable command enables the GMAC ping function.

The undo ping mac enable command disables the GMAC ping function.

By default, the GMAC ping function is disabled.

Usage Scenario

If you want to implement the following functions, run the ping mac enable command to enable GMAC ping.

  • Perform GMAC ping operations.
  • Enable the destination device to reply to the source device after receiving a GMAC ping message.
