The dcn ospf timer hello command sets the interval at which Hello packets are sent.
The undo dcn ospf timer hello command restores the default interval.
By default, P2P DCN interfaces send Hello packets at an interval of 10 seconds.
Usage Scenario
To set the interval at which DCN serial interfaces send hello packets, run the dcn ospf timer hello command.
Prerequisites
The DCN feature has been enabled globally using the dcn (interface view) command in the interface view, or DCN communication through sub-interfaces 4094 has been enabled using the dcn mode vlan command in the GE interface view.
Precautions
If the dcn ospf timer hello command is run in the DCN view, the hello packet sending interval is set for all DCN interfaces.
If the dcn ospf timer hello command is run in both the interface and DCN views, only the configuration in the interface view takes effect. In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
