ike sa nat-keepalive-timer interval

Function

The ike sa nat-keepalive-timer interval command configures the interval for ISAKMP SA to send NAT update packets.

The undo ike sa nat-keepalive-timer interval command restores the default setting.

By default, the interval for the IKE to send NAT update packets is 20 seconds.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

undo ike sa nat-keepalive-timer interval

Parameters

Specifies the interval for ISAKMP SA to send NAT update packets.

It is an integer that ranges from 5 to 300, in seconds.

Usage Guidelines

The NAT peer periodically sends NAT-Keepalive packets to ensure that the security channel is in active state.
