import vpn-instance

Function

The import vpn-instance command binds a specified VPN instance to an address pool.

The undo import vpn-instance command unbinds a specified VPN instance from an address pool.

By default, a specified VPN instance is not bound to an address pool.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

import vpn-instance vpn-instance-name

undo import vpn-instance vpn-instance-name

Parameters

vpn-instance-name

Specifies the name of a VPN instance.

The value is a string of 1 to 31 characters.

Usage Scenario

An address pool can be bound with a maximum of eight VPN instances.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

Example

# Bind the VPN instance vpn1 to the address pool huawei.
<HUAWEI> system-view
[~HUAWEI] ip pool huawei bas local
Info: It's successful to create an IP address pool
[*HUAWEI-ip-pool-huawei] commit
[~HUAWEI-ip-pool-huawei] import vpn-instance vpn1
