The ip-address delayed-release disable command disables delayed IP address release for an IP address pool.
The undo ip-address delayed-release disable command enables delayed IP address release for an IP address pool.
By default, if a delay for IP address release has been globally configured, IP addresses in all IP address pools that support delayed IP address release are released only after the configured delay elapses.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.
Usage Scenario
After running the access ip-address delayed-release time command to configure a delay for IP address release, you can run the ip-address delayed-release disable command in the view of an IP address pool if you want IP addresses in the IP address pool to be immediately released.
NOTE: This command can be run only in the view of a local, RUI-slave, dynamic, or server address pool.Precautions
