isis remote-lfa disable

Function

The isis remote-lfa disable command disables Remote LFA on IS-IS interfaces.

The undo isis remote-lfa disable command enables Remote LFA on IS-IS interfaces.

By default, Remote LFA is disabled on all IS-IS interfaces unless the remote-lfa command is run.

Format

isis remote-lfa disable [ level-1 | level-2 | level-1-2 ]

undo isis remote-lfa disable [ level-1 | level-2 | level-1-2 ]

level-1-2	Disables Remote LFA on both Level-1 and Level-2 IS-IS interfaces. If no level is specified in the command, Remote LFA is disabled on both Level-1 and Level-2 IS-IS interfaces.	-

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

If the remote-lfa command is run, Remote LFA is enabled on all IS-IS interfaces. To disable Remote LFA on IS-IS Level-1, Level-2, or all interfaces, run the isis remote-lfa disable command with corresponding parameter specified.

Precautions

If the remote-lfa command is not run prior to the isis remote-lfa disable command, the isis remote-lfa disable command can be run, but its configuration does not take effect on interfaces.

If you run the remote-lfa command when the isis remote-lfa disable command has been run, Remote LFA is disabled.
