l2-multicast-channel

Function

The l2-multicast-channel command displays the global or VSI channel view.

The undo l2-multicast-channel command deletes a channel group.

By default, the global or VSI channel view is not displayed.

Format

l2-multicast-channel

l2-multicast-channel vsi vsi-name

undo l2-multicast-channel

undo l2-multicast-channel vsi vsi-name

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
vsi vsi-name

Specifies the name of a VSI to be configured with a channel.

The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported. When double quotation marks are used around the string, spaces are allowed in the string.

Usage Scenario

To create a global or VSI channel, run the l2-multicast-channel command to enter the global or VSI channel view first.

Prerequisites

A VSI has been created before you use the l2-multicast-channel vsi command.

Example

# Enter the channel view of a VSI named vpna.
