load-balance hash-fields l2vxlan-deep-hash enable

Function

The load-balance hash-fields l2vxlan-deep-hash enable command enables deep load balancing for a Layer 2 VXLAN.

The undo load-balance hash-fields l2vxlan-deep-hash enable command disables deep load balancing for a Layer 2 VXLAN.

By default, deep load balancing is disabled for a Layer 2 VXLAN.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

If the VNI value or the VNI+MAC value is unique, traffic fails to be hashed. To resolve this issue, run the load-balance hash-fields l2vxlan-deep-hash enable command to enable deep load balancing for a Layer 2 VXLAN. After the command is run on a device, the device hashes the 5-tuple of the inner IPv4 header.

Precautions

The load-balance hash-fields l2vxlan-deep-hash enable command takes effect only for IPv4 VXLAN packets.

In VS mode, this configuration process is supported only by the admin VS.
