Function

The local-backup offline-reason quota-out command enables information backup for users that are logged out due to duration or traffic volume quota exhaustion.

The undo local-backup offline-reason quota-out command disables information backup of users that are logged out due to duration or traffic volume quota exhaustion.

By default, information backup of users that are logged out due to duration or traffic volume quota exhaustion is disabled.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To allow IPoE users who are logged out due to duration or traffic volume quota exhaustion to go online by sending IP or ARP packets, run the local-backup offline-reason quota-out command. Then, local backup entries will be generated when users go offline.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
