The mpls l2vpn protect-group command creates a PW protection group.
The undo mpls l2vpn protect-group command deletes a specified PW protection group.
By default, no protection group name is configured for a VPWS service.

Usage Scenario
In VPWS SS-PW networking, you can run the mpls l2vpn protect-group command to create a PW protection group and use the protection group name to uniquely identify a group of primary and secondary PWs that form redundancy protection.
Precautions
Currently, the PW protection group name can be configured only in the dynamic single-segment VPWS master/backup protection scenario. Mutual protection between an LDP VC and a CCC VC is not supported. Mutual protection between an LDP VC and a bypass PW is not supported.
