The micro-isolation protocol-car ospfv3 disable command disables the OSPFv3 micro-isolation CAR function.
The undo micro-isolation protocol-car ospfv3 disable command restores the default configuration.
By default, the OSPFv3 micro-isolation CAR function is enabled.
Usage Scenario
By default, the OSPFv3 micro-isolation CAR function is enabled to implement interface- and destination IP address-based micro-isolation protection for OSPFv3 packets to protect session establishment. You can run the micro-isolation protocol-car ospfv3 disable command to disable this function. After this function is disabled, OSPFv3 packets are no longer protected using micro-isolation based on the interface and destination IP address. When OSPFv3 packets flood, a large number of packets from non-OSPFv3 neighbors may preempt the bandwidth between interfaces. When an attack occurs, a large number of invalid packets sent to other IP addresses may preempt the bandwidth. Therefore, you are advised not to disable this function.
