Usage Scenario
The LSAs in the LSDB of the local device age with time (increase by 1 each second), but not during transmission. Therefore, it is necessary to add the delay to the aging time of the LSA before the LSA is sent. To set a delay for transmitting LSAs on an interface, run the ospfv3 trans-delay command.
