Function

The state command sets the state or province of the entity.

The undo state command deletes the state or province of the entity.

By default, no state or province exists for the entity.

state-province-name	Indicates the name of the state or province of the entity.	It is a string of 1 to 31 case sensitive characters. Except the question mark (?) and space. However, when double quotation marks (") are used around the string, spaces are allowed in the string.
