qos cos burst-size

Function

The qos cos burst-size command configures the burst size of a module.

The undo qos cos burst-size command restores the default configuration.

By default, the burst size of a module is not configured.

Format

qos cos { be | af1 | af2 | af3 | af4 | ef | cs6 | cs7 } burst-size buffer-size-value

undo qos cos { be | af1 | af2 | af3 | af4 | ef | cs6 | cs7 } burst-size buffer-size-value

burst-size buffer-size-value

Specify the burst size of an eTM module. A larger burst size indicates a shorter latency and a higher burst traffic volume.

The value is an integer that ranges from 0 to 64, in KB. The default value is 5 KB.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To adjust the relationships between the latency and burst traffic volume, run the qos cos burst-size command to configure the burst size of an eTM module. A larger burst size indicates a shorter latency and a higher burst traffic volume.
