qos user-queue resource

Function

The qos user-queue resource command configures a resource size for user queues in enhanced 8-CoS mode on a board.

The undo qos user-queue resource command deletes a resource size configured for user queues in enhanced 8-CoS mode on a board.

By default, there are no user queue resources that support the enhanced 8-CoS mode.

Format

qos user-queue resource 8cos-enhance 8cos-enhance-size { inbound | outbound }

undo qos user-queue resource 8cos-enhance [ 8cos-enhance-size ] { inbound | outbound }

Parameters

inbound

Displays the statistics about the traffic policy applied to the interface in the inbound direction.

outbound

Displays the statistics about the traffic policy applied to the interface in the outbound direction.

8cos-enhance 8cos-enhance-size

Specifies a resource size for user queues in enhanced 8-CoS mode.

The value is an integer ranging from 4 to 7000 or from 4 to 15000.

The value range of this parameter varies depending on boards.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

User queues in different modes share resources on a board. By default, no resource size is configured for user queues in enhanced 8-CoS mode. Before configuring functions related to user queues in enhanced 8-CoS mode, run the qos user-queue resource 8cos-enhance command to configure a resource size for these user queues.
