radius-server traffic-unit

Function

The radius-server traffic-unit command sets the traffic unit for a RADIUS server.

The undo radius-server traffic-unit command restores the default configuration.

By default, the traffic unit is byte.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

radius-server traffic-unit { byte | kbyte | mbyte | gbyte }

undo radius-server traffic-unit [ kbyte | mbyte | gbyte ]

Parameters

byte

Indicates that the traffic unit is byte.

kbyte

Indicates that the traffic unit is Kbyte.

mbyte

Indicates that the traffic unit is Mbyte.

gbyte

Indicates that the traffic unit is Gbyte.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

The traffic units of different RADIUS server are different. You should set the unit for each server group so that the unit is applicable to the server.

This command is not applicable to any other unit of traffic that is not based on byte or any server that uses the standard RADIUS protocol.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

# Set kbyte as the unit of traffic used by the RADIUS server.
