Function

The reset bgp evpn command resets a specified BGP EVPN IPv6 connection.

Format

reset bgp evpn peerIpv6Addr

The value is a 32-digit hexadecimal number, in the format of X:X:X:X:X:X:X:X.

Usage Scenario

To reset a BGP EVPN connection to a peer, run the reset bgp evpncommand.

Configuration Impact

This command resets all TCP connections established between BGP EVPN IPv6 peers and therefore results in the re-establishment of BGP EVPN IPv6 peer relationships. Exercise caution when running this command.
