Function

The reset flowspec vpnv6 vpn-instance statistics command clears statistics about traffic matching the filtering rule in a BGP IPv6 Flow Specification or BGP IPv6 VPN Flow Specification route.

Format

reset flowspec vpnv6 vpn-instance vpn-instance-name statistics reindex

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
reindex

Clears statistics about traffic matching a filtering rule in the BGP (IPv6) Flow Specification or BGP(IPv6) VPN Flow Specification route of a specified index.

The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 4294967295.

vpnv6

Clears statistics about traffic matching a specified BGP IPv6 VPN Flow Specification route.

vpn-instance vpn-instance-name

Specifies the name of a VPN instance.

The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported. In addition, the VPN instance name must not be _public_. When double quotation marks are used around the string, spaces are allowed in the string.

Usage Scenario

To analyze traffic status and running status of BGP IPv6 Flow Specification or BGP IPv6 VPN Flow Specification, you can run the display flowspec statistics command to view statistics about traffic matching a filtering rule in a BGP IPv6 Flow Specification or BGP IPv6 VPN Flow Specification route. When the statistics no longer merit reference in your analysis, run the reset flowspec statistics command to clear the statistics.
