Usage Scenario

The device serving as a DHCPv6 client communicates with a remote server and collects statistics about exchanged packets, improving DHCPv6 maintainability. You can run the display dhcpv6 client statistics command to view the statistics. To recollect statistics about packets exchanged between the device and server, run the reset dhcpv6 client statistic packet command to clear statistics that have been collected.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

Statistics cannot be restored after you run the reset dhcpv6 client statistic packet command. Therefore, exercise caution when running this command.
